Concern:
I recently purchased a large bedroom set of 'Intercon' mission style
side tables, mirror, and large dresser from you (I love them) when I
made the order, you recommended that I get in touch with 5 Star Movers
to deliver them to me at my home. Not only are the pieces very large,
the dresser alone weighed in excess of 400 pounds. In
addition, I live down a long, steep flight of stairs, consisting of
about 120 steps. And if that wasn't bad enough, it was very
rainy and extremely windy come delivery day. Anyway, I just wanted to
comment on their expert and professional staff. They were
very polite, couteous, thorough, and did a great job. I
apologized to all of them for the 'hill of death', but they just
laughed and made it look easy. Needless to say, all the
furniture arrived in perfect condition, and they helped me to assemble
it and placed it correctly in the room. You should recommend that they
do all of your deliveries. I will certainly use them again in
the future for any of my moving needs.
